Yoga for Youth
Yoga practice for youth can provide skills for managing life and having fun. Toddlers through teens can experience a supportive community that is without judgement or competition. This can foster confidence, physical capacity, community engagement away from electronics, and good decision making.
Our youth teachers are very attentive to the needs of the group as well as the individual child. We partner with enrichment centers, such as the Boys & Girls Club, reaching a diverse group of elementary and middle school children.
