In this video interview, Howie Shareff, director of You Call This Yoga, introduces the Karla Vallecillo, one of the organization’s ambassadors and yoga teachers. Karla helped lead the spring sessions of Community Yoga (BIPOC Healing) and is working to bring more yoga resources to the Spanish-speaking community.
Watch and listen as she shares how she became interested in yoga and how that interest grew into a deeper commitment and desire to share all she experienced. She believes that yoga is for everyone; her goal is to be the “guiding light” for anyone who want to explore its benefits.
