Yoga for Lower Back Strength

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 10, 2021

With increased sedentary lifestyle and technologically driven world, little attention is given to spine health. It only becomes a problem when pain is unbearable. This 5-week program will be beneficial for all ages, from a preventative and management standpoint. Participants will receive deep insight into strengthening their spine and restoring spine fluidity via yogic techniques. A strong core leads to confidence and stability in mind-body.

About Foram Shah
Foram is a Physical Therapist with Masters in Health Science (MHS) and RYT 200 and RYT 500 yoga certifications. Currently practicing in Raleigh NC, she is a physical therapist by profession and yoga teacher by passion. Her love for yoga therapeutics stems from combining ancient yoga science with the latest scientific research for managing various therapeutic conditions. Through her strong knowledge base in the physiology of various health care conditions and strong Indian roots, she wishes to spread love, warmth and, most importantly, empowerment in her community . She believes in changing “disability” to “differently abled” with yoga.
