Yoga for All Levels

An event every week that begins at 1:15 pm on Thursday, repeating until March 18, 2021
For all levels of students who are able to move up and down from the floor. While this class is gentle enough for beginners, it includes subtle instruction for more advanced students. Each week, we’ll begin on the floor with a warm-up and then make our way up to standing and run through some standing poses before making our way back down to the floor for the cool down and relaxation.

About JJ Gormley
JJ Gormley: (M.S., C-IAYT, E-RYT) has been a practitioner of yoga since 1979 and teaching since 1989. She has been steeped in the therapeutic approach to yoga since 2003. She works with clients with many different types of ailments and issues using her therapeutic approach including those with cancer, autoimmune disease, neurological disorders, trauma/PTSD, those with substance abuse and addictions, and caregivers for those with chronic issues.
