Yoga Basics in RTP

An event every week that begins at 9:45am on Wednesday, repeating until February 19, 2020
This is a gentle class incorporating basic principles, breathing, balance, and alignment with variations and options for people of all abilities. If you are new to yoga, haven’t done it in a while, think you are too old or not flexible enough, this is a great opportunity to give it a try.
The cost is by donation; you only pay what you can afford, and students are FREE. I have extra mats and props…just show up! (The studio is in the back buildings. Look for the LINDY LAB sign on the door.)
