This is a slow-paced class that focuses on deep relaxation of the body and mind while practicing gentle stretches with breath awareness. Class entails gentle poses, pranayama, and relaxation/meditation.

About Anand Bhatt
Anand V Bhatt is a Wellness specialist at Anandam Wellness, Queensland, Australia, who will be bringing his expertise to share with us via Zoom.
Anand comes from an extensive therapeutic background of Naturopathy, Western Herbs, Chinese medicine and Energy Healing practicing for over 17 years in this industry. He has worked in India, Africa, The USA, Virgin islands and is currently in Australia for the last 8 years. Yoga is a proven technique to enhance productivity, creativity, concentration and flexibility. Each yoga session includes Gentle physical postures, breathing techniques, Deep relaxation. The classes are suitable for beginners.
