Anand’s Meditation classes are designed to help you feel more grounded, calm, and comfortable in your body and mind. Classes incorporate mindful movement of pranic energies, breathing practices, muscle relaxation, gratitude, self-love, letting go, positive health affirmations, chakra meditations, and other guided meditation. This class is great for stress, anxiety, chronic pain, peace, balance, memory, hormone balancing, and more. These classes are suitable for all levels.
