Mat Yoga for the Core (Women only)

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 5:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until November 29, 2017
Enjoy a one-hour, free class that engages your core with traditional yoga poses. This class emphasizes grounding, breathing, active practice, and stretching. Participants will engage muscles for stability as they breathe, building strength, and focus. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.
