An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 17, 2021

The need to release 400 years of stress, hatred, and oppression is required to move forward within our communities. This series will offer space for solidarity and healing for people of color to improve their physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health and wellbeing. We acknowledge that healing comes in many forms, and this space will allow for that. Our main intention for this series is for the BIPOC community to liberate their practice, strengthen their minds, release the aches living within our joints and magnify our presence.

About Briana Young-Roane
Briana Young-Roane is a colorful character. Born in Inglewood, CA, she is now an east coast girl and has flavor that mixes both coasts to give you a worldly and fun flare. She started as a modern dancer and, after an injury, was introduced to yoga for recovery. After healing, she decided that yoga was her path.
