“Learning to Let Go: Yoga Series for the BIPOC Community” Beginner-Friendly Vinyasa
September 30 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 21, 2020
The need to release 400 years of stress, hatred, and oppression is required to move forward within our communities. This series will offer space for solidarity and healing for people of color to improve their physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health and wellbeing. We acknowledge that healing comes in many forms, and this space will allow for that. Our main intention for this series is for the BIPOC community to liberate their practice, strengthen their minds, release the aches living within our joints and magnify our presence.
