This class guides students through gentle movements linked with the breath. When we practice coordinating movements with the breath, we reduce stress, become more focused and mindful, link the nervous system to create a calm mind, and allow healing on many levels to begin.

About JJ Gormley
JJ Gormley: (M.S., C-IAYT, E-RYT) has been a practitioner of yoga since 1979 and teaching since 1989. She has been steeped in the therapeutic approach to yoga since 2003. She works with clients with many different types of ailments and issues using her therapeutic approach including those with cancer, autoimmune disease, neurological disorders, trauma/PTSD, those with substance abuse and addictions, and caregivers for those with chronic issues.
