This class will be an opportunity to explore working with the breath (Prānāyāma), in a safe, non-threatening way, to increase resilience to stress. Yoga postures will include sitting on a folding or armless chair, standing, and lying down. It is recommended that you have two blocks, a blanket, a firm pillow/cushion/bolster, and a yoga strap/belt/scarf.  Led by Renée Baker. Register now!
