Gentle Yoga for Resilience
July 2 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until August 27, 2020
This class will be an opportunity to explore working with the breath (Prānāyāma), in a safe, non-threatening way, to increase resilience to stress. Yoga postures will include sitting on a folding or armless chair, standing, and lying down. It is recommended that you have two blocks, a blanket, a firm pillow/cushion/bolster, and a yoga strap/belt/scarf. Led by Renée Baker.
