Flow, Meditate, Journal

An event every week that begins at 6:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until March 16, 2021
This dynamic hour of self-care features three powerful awareness practices: 40 minutes of movement linked with breath, 10 minutes of meditation, and 10 minutes of journal response. Each guided section invites students to ultimately listen to their personal needs in choosing how they express their mindfulness disciplines. Encouraged props include: optional yoga blocks; pillow or nearby wall to support for seated meditation; pen and paper for physical connection during journaling.

About Bethany Goodson
Bethany Goodson (RYT-500) holds an advanced yoga teacher training certification, and has completed additional training to specialize in vinyasa, yin, kids, hot, trauma-informed, and adaptive yoga. Off the mat, she has extensive experience as an editor, curriculum designer, freelance writer, and blogger. Her workshops and retreats specialize in the complementary pairing of movement and writing, and she is excited to present this offering now as a virtual public class.
