An event every week that begins at 6:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until June 15, 2021

This dynamic class includes three powerful awareness practices: 30 minutes of movement, 10 minutes of meditation, and 5 minutes of journal response. A different theme is thoughtfully woven through each class as an invitation for further reflection. Encouraged props include: yoga blocks, pillow to support for seated meditation, and pen and paper for physical connection while journaling.

About Bethany Goodson

Bethany Goodson (RYT 500) was trained in Denver, CO and holds an advanced yoga teacher training certification. She has completed additional training to specialize in vinyasa, yin, kids, hot, trauma-informed, and adaptive yoga. Her signature offerings feature the complementary pairing of movement and writing to support connection, reflection, and clarity.

Bethany is honored to be one of four teachers leading the BIPOC community classes.
