An event every week that begins at 11:15am on Wednesday, repeating until May 27, 2020
Would you like to try yoga but don’t want to get up and down from the floor? Chair yoga might be for you! You can improve your flexibility, strength, breathing, and balance, plus make friends and have fun…all while sitting in a chair or using it for support.
The cost is by donation; you only pay what you can afford. (The studio is in the back buildings. Look for a LINDY LAB sign on the door.)
