Chair Yoga for Improved Mobility

An event every week that begins at 10:15am on Thursday, repeating until November 21, 2019
For all skill levels. Enjoy improved breathing, focus, mobility and have fun in our FREE chair yoga classes. We will use the chair as support to develop poses and breathing, fostering better functional skills and movement in our life.
- Bring 2 bath towels.
- Arrive 15 minutes earlier to register.
