Chair Yoga for Improved Mobility (21+)

An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
For all skill levels. Enjoy improved breathing, focus, mobility and have fun in our FREE chair yoga classes. We will use the chair as support to develop poses and breathing, fostering better functional skills and movement in our life.
- Bring 2 bath towels.
- Arrive 15 minutes earlier to register.
