You Call This Yoga offers a variety of live classes in Wake County, as well as TV and online classes, enabling everyone to experience the benefits of yoga. We also hold events that encourage involvement from the community at large. There are opportunities for everyone to learn to sit more comfortably, breathe more effectively, and approach life a tad differently.
