Tune in to this 30-minute, TV-based class and experience the benefits of yoga using a chair for support and comfort. Offering easy-to-follow descriptions of slow-moving poses, host Howie Shareff and guest teachers demonstrate postures, breathing, and movement while seated in a chair or standing and using it for support. People of all skill levels and health status can benefit from improved focus on their body position and breathing whenever they are seated, any time or place.
