Adaptive Chair Yoga

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until August 22, 2020
Chair yoga is a great way to build your strength, stability and balance. You can regain your flexibility with gentle flow in adaptive yoga poses. This class is ideal for people recovering from injury, having limited mobility, seniors, and beginners. Led by Anjana Rathores.

Anjana Rathores: Anjana excelled as an athlete in high school and her university and continued her passion for running, biking, and outdoor activities until the age of 40. That was when her life journey to yoga began in the summer of 2016.
Anjana completed a residential course in Yoga at the Asheville Yoga Center. Ever since then, she has taken up the challenge to bring a simple form of yoga to people in all stages of life and body structure. Anjana’s asana practice is customized to match her students’ needs, with emphasis on realizing the power of breathing.
