Enjoy a midday yoga class to develop greater awareness of your core muscles. Your teacher, Vicki Sanford, will guide you on the mat through gentle yoga practices to improve your strength, balance, and breathing. The class is appropriate for all skill levels.
Cost is $8-18. We ask for your support on a sliding scale, paying up to $18 or as low as $8. Your donations benefit those less able to pay while enabling us to meet our expenses.
