Join us for a gentle class incorporating basic principles, breathing, and alignment with variations and options for people of all abilities. If you are new to yoga, haven’t done it in a while, think you are too old or not flexible enough, this is a great opportunity to give it a try.
The cost is by donation; you only pay what you can afford. Students are free. Bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and straps (if you have them). Look for the orange door at the rear set of buildings.
