Megan Hanna grew up in Wilmington, NC and graduated from NC State University. Since 2008, she has worked in the clinical research industry. Yoga has helped her find balance in a stress- induced corporate environment with frequent travel. She believes that finding balance in the mind, body, and lifestyle is one of the most important things. In a constantly evolving world, finding your personal balance is something that will always be a work in progress. She feels that we should constantly be challenging ourselves; not only in our movement practice, but in all areas of life.
Megan has trained under Emily Wallace and Carrington Jackson, has received her RYT200, and is currently studying for her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification. Shebrings an energetic, challenging, and loving atmosphere to her classes; meeting her students where they are, empowering them, and encouraging them to grow.
