Michele was a dancer prior to transitioning to the corporate world. She discovered the power of yoga in 2002 and continued evolving in her practice as it became a healing mechanism for her chronic pain. Yoga has profoundly impacted her, not only providing relief from physical pain but also aligning the mind, body and spirit connection. Michele completed a Forrest Yoga Teacher Training in NYC, November 2005. She went on to complete Stephanie Keach’s Training in Asheville, NC, June 2007.
Michele’s compassion plays a big role in her teaching, and she encourages her students to stay in the present, focusing on their breath as a channel to healing. Knowing first-hand the therapeutic benefits of yoga, Michele is committed to sharing her passion of yoga with the community. Her global travels in Corporate America have also provided her with significant insight into the struggle to maintain balance from within. She is eternally grateful for the many influences that continue to cross her path and inspire her journey.
