This class is a fun and lighthearted integration of hatha yoga and Pilates core activation with a focus on helping your yoga practice become grounded, stable, and remain injury-free. With this synergistic blending of mindful movement modalities, you'll increase strength and flexibility, hone alignment, and improve posture. This open-level class is appropriate for advanced beginners to intermediate and advanced practitioners. All kramas (steps), modifications ,and variations are offered to meet you where you are as you are. Every Body Welcome!
