Yoga For Teens (ages 12-17)

This class offers teen-aged students an informal, safe, and fun environment in which to learn or refine yoga asana (poses) and egin to ultivate a balance of physical strength and flexibility alongside their peers. We practice coordination of breath and body movement, simple seated meditation, and guided relaxation, as we learn tools to develop focus and calm. No yoga experience is necessary; students of all levels practice together.
