In this immersion into Prana Vinyasa Flow yoga created by Shiva Rea you will experience Prana as the life-source that breathes us all. Through an integrated asana, pranayama, mantra and mudra practice you will feel your connection to the Pancha Vayus, the five movements of Prana, that enliven your body and intention into action. Aligning the currents of your breath with the rhythms of your movement invites you to fully experience the pulse of life flowing through you. This class is open level with previous yoga experience encouraged.
