Pangu Yoga

Pangu Yoga is a gentle and healing style of yoga created by Anisha Desai Fraser and her teacher Master Ou Wen Wei in October 2011. It combines the benefits of Yoga and the energy cultivation aspects of Qi Gong (Pangu Shengong ).  Anisha will take you on a spiritual journey, cultivating and absorbing Life Force,liberating the Spirit, and powerfully unveiling the healing of Pangu Mystical Qi Gong within the movements of yoga. This 75-minute class includes a gentle flow,guided imagery, pranayama, and a deeply restful savasana. Anisha will emit healing energy to the students during relaxation, allowing hearts and bodies to open more fully, tapping into the boundless mystery of the Divine. Leave feeling deeply calm, content and full of vitality! You will have a depth of experience and sensation that go beyond what words can describe. The best way to understand this is to experience it.
