AcroYoga is a practice that blends the wisdom of yoga with acrobatics and the therapeutic approach of Thai massage. In this class we will start with partner exercises and then get into the basics of flying, basing, and spotting. No partner is necessary, but a regular yoga practice is strongly recommended for participation, as is a playful and open attitude.
