Teacher: Mira Casile
Join Mira in a gentle Hatha Yoga class that will focus on opening the hamstrings, hips and shoulders, and exploring your range of motion. Students will learn how to modify poses and use props to find comfort and ease. We will have a chance to work on balance and strength in standing poses and in Hatha-style sun salutations. In floor work, we will move through twists and a supported gentle back bend. Class will end with a long guided relaxation and Savasana.
