Gentle Yoga for Beginners

Teacher: Sara Doyle

This is a slow-paced class focused on building physical strength and balance. We will combine simple postures with breathing exercises and mindfulness for a refreshing practice. This class is appropriate for those brand new to yoga, as well as more experienced practitioners who are interested in a back-to-basics approach.
