Gentle Chair Yoga for Mindfulness

This gentle breath-centered practice is appropriate for all levels, including trauma-sensitive populations. The intention of this practice is to build mindfulness and awareness, not only in the physical body, but also in the mental and emotional bodies. During this chair yoga class, students will be guided intentionally through mindful breathing techniques to promote this compassionate physical practice. Students can expect to be offered many options while fully supported by the chair for the entire practice. No prior experience is required.
