Establishing Self-confidence with Yoga (ages 12-17)

When you feel good about yourself there are so many more things you can accomplish.  In this class, you will be introduced to skills for managing emotions and fostering self-confidence in all aspects of your life.  With a healthy amount of self-confidence there is nothing we can’t do! The class is a mix of asana and lecture.  Bring a mat, notebook, and a smile.
