Buti Yoga

Buti yoga fuses the spiraling foundation of Kundalini yoga, the flow of Vinyasa with tribal dance, and explosive plyometric movement to challenge your body and soul. Derived from a Marathi word, Buti means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” This primal practice frees your hips and unblocks stuck energy, supporting the female spirit through both movement and unification. Julie will lead you through this 75-minute class including a spine lengthening warm-up, vigorous class, opening stretch, and gratifying savasana. This class is suitable for all levels of active yoga practice.
