Breathing Practices for Stress Relief

The breath gives us access to the mind and the body. In this session, you will learn how to use the breath to release stress, tension and unwanted holding patterns with simple, easy and relaxing techniques. First, you will uncover your natural breathing pattern. Then you will learn how to identify where you hold stress in your physical body, and how you can use the power of your breath to release it. You will practice specific techniques to calm the nervous system and balance and energize your mind, body and spirit.
