Enjoy a FREE 60 minute retreat with people of all ages who appreciate the safe and supportive nature of adaptive yoga. We are open to all skill sets, from first timer to experienced yogi, as we relax the mind, nervous system, and body. This class uses mats and chairs with support from blankets, bolsters, and blocks. It begins with breathing practices to allow us to better tune into ourselves and then explores poses to improve our posture, alignment, strength and balance. We finish with a rest (Savasana) that also utilizes our props.
