Develop an increased awareness and capacity to sit in a chair more comfortably, and benefit from yoga. You will learn preferred body positioning to improve posture, breathing, strength, and balance. Your chair will be adapted to accommodate your body, allowing you to reduce tension and relax your mind.
This is a four-class series offered through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at NC State. There is a total fee of $40.
