A free one-hour gentle mat yoga class for all skill sets to explore accessible and engaging yoga poses and their variations, based on your capacity. We may use yoga props to help you. The intentions are for you to experience a supportive group, relax your mind and body, and build awareness and physical capacity. We will likely be on the floor for most of the class, based on class skills and safety.
Arrive early (10:45) to assure prompt start of class. Bring a yoga mat and any support for your body that you believe would be helpful.
