Republic of Yoga, a New Yoga Studio in Cary

Nicole Nichols, owner of Republic of Yoga, join us YogaFest NC for the first time as a sponsor and instructor. Nicole and the rest of the studio are thrilled to be part of the event and the local yoga community. Nicole is from new York City, where she taught at the Jivamukti Yoga School, Pure Yoga, and top fitness facilities like Equinox. She relocated to the Triangle in 2013 to share this traditional yoga method with the community. Republic of Yoga offers vinyasa-style classes for all levels, teacher training and workshops, as well as kirtan and meditation.

Our mission is to utilize yoga as a practice for the mind and the spirit as much as a physical practice, in order to foster creativity, self awareness, happiness and well-being.

Recently Nicole has offered free community classes at lululemon athletica in Durham, and YogaFest NC is an ideal opportunity to meet local yoga practitioners. The studio offers a first class free to every client. Nicole is currently in the process of partnering with local groups to raise awareness about domestic violence.

YogaFest is a wonderful opportunity to meet the greater Triangle yoga community, and to raise awareness about and exposure for Republic of Yoga, a studio dedicated solely to yoga practice in the heart of Cary. Republic of Yoga is proud to be part of YogaFest 2014, and 4 of our teachers will be presenting there: Nicole Nichols (active yoga), Dani Strauss (chanting), Cherry Foreman (gentle yoga), and Jennie Dickson (yoga nidra). We are grateful for this opportunity and look forward to meeting you!
