Lila Rasa leading a YogaFest Raleigh class at Unity Church in downtown Raleigh.

This summer and fall, YogaFest Raleigh has provided a diverse offering of 10 free yoga classes that have been taught by many of our excellent downtown teachers to over 1,000 attendees. We are offering a bonus 11th class that will be an expanded session, with an extra lesson of healthy chair yoga practices that will help you feel better anywhere, plus free delicious treats and socializing. There is an additional reason for the bonus class. It is a chance to pay forward accessible yoga for the community, of which you are a part of. The intent is to provide funding for a variety of local yoga teachers to share gentle and adaptable yoga practices with the community. The soiree begins at 5 and ends after 7 at Unity of the Triangle. Check the Facebook page (and Like us) of You Call This Yoga for up to date details.

Join us on Tuesday October 29th for a donation based class (we request at least $5) to fund the ongoing Tuesday evening adaptive yoga classes at Unity. Located downstairs, the 1880 Hall is a lovely room that we will hold class from 5:30-6:45pm. The class is open to all skill sets, levels of experience and physical capability. We will have mats for loan or purchase. Join us to feel better and help others benefit from yoga. Check our event calendar for other classes and details.
